New Gen Leadership Programme

We offer an immersive online 5-month programme for ambitious individuals in their 20s to learn the personal-effectiveness and leadership skills required to level up at work.

To build authentic leadership capabilities, we offer an action-based, online programme led by experienced Holos Faculty, designed to slot into your work schedule.

1. Learn: 3 modules of content (Self-leadership, Building Community, Influential Leadership). Weekly 1.5 hour live online leadership-skill workshops delivered by our specialist coaches and access to our learning hub packed full of on-demand resources from reading lists to mini-workshops.

2.Practice: Leadership cannot be learnt in a vacuum. We turn learnings into action. Partake in group projects to practice leadership in the real world by collaborating to deliver a real-life project with our clients. Participants can also run a change project within their own organisation, supported by their sponsor, peers and mentor.

3.Reflect: Monthly 1:1 mentoring sessions with an experienced Holos Faculty coach, e-journal & questionnaires to track progress. CliftonStrengths assessment included in the programme to delve into your talents.

4.Connect: Life-time access to our global HLF & Holos Change Community, weekly small peer-group learning pods & alumni events.

  • Our programme consists of 3 modules each with 5 live online 1.5 hour workshops. These modules are designed to give you the knowledge, tools and experiences needed to co-create change as a 20-something in a disrupted world.

    Module 1: Self-leadership

    First we must learn how to effectively lead ourselves. Expect workshops on self-effectiveness, personal brand, purpose & values, emotional & energy intelligence and more.

    Module 2: Powerful Collaboration

    Next we provide you with the skills to collaborate powerfully. Expect workshops on mastering the art of networking, building trusting relationships, authentic dialogue, grit & resilience, feedback, psychological safety and more.

    Module 3: Influential Leadership

    Finally, you will learn how to affect change and deliver collaborative impact. Expect workshops on contextual awareness, influencing, negotiating, initiative-taking, personal impact & more.

  • Your two main facilitators are:

    Lucy Czakan - Leadership facilitator & coach. Clients include: Volkswagen, AstraZeneca, The Liberti Group & more.

    Neil Crofts - Transformational coach, business consultant & keynote speaker. CEO & Co-Founder of Holos Change. Clients include: BP, Barclays, Facebook, Q8 & more.

  • Your progress and participation will be measured and celebrated with the following:

    • On successful completion of the programme you will become a New Gen Graduate and will receive your personalised certificate that can be shared on your LinkedIn profile

    • You will receive a grading of either Pass, Merit or Outstanding based on your attendance & participation in workshops, learning pods and projects

    • You will partake in a short online assessment questionnaire at the start and end of the programme and your sponsor will have the opportunity to complete one on your behalf

    • In our closing celebration ceremony, you will have the opportunity to present your client project findings to your sponsor and receive an award

  • We’re seeking ambitious individuals in their 20s who:

    1. Possess a desire to drive meaningful change and make a lasting impact. Perhaps you already know the change you want to create in your life, organisation or community but you’re not quite sure how yet. That’s ok, we’ll help you with that.

  • The programme is specifically designed to fit alongside your existing work or study commitments.

    Timing:

    Mandatory: 2.5hrs per week minimum commitment (1.5hr live online workshop and 1-2hrs personal/peer reflection & readings)

    Opportunity to invest an additional 3-14 days based on your availability for client projects where you can implement & showcase your leadership learnings by collaborating with other participants to work on a paid real-life project with one of our clients.

    Self-funded or Not-for-Profit organisations: £1,500 / participant

  • The delivery of our programme is designed based on a key finding from decades of leadership research… leadership skills cannot be learnt by simply gaining knowledge, they must also be practiced and embodied.

    Experiential in nature, our 5 month online programme consists of four main components.

    1. Learn: 3 modules of content. Weekly 1.5 hour live online leadership-skill workshops delivered by our specialist coaches and access to our online learning hub packed full of on-demand resources from reading lists to mini-workshops.

    2.Practice: Leadership must be practiced. We turn learnings into action. Participants will collaborate to deliver a change project for an HLF client where they will put their learnings to work. They will also have mini practical assignments each week.

    3.Reflect: 1:1 mentoring sessions with an experienced Holos Faculty coach, e-journal & questionnaires to track progress. CliftonStrengths assessment is taken at the beginning of the programme to assess and reflect on key strengths.

    4.Connect: Participants will have life-time access to our global HLF & Holos Change Community, weekly small peer-group learning pods & alumni events.

  • We offer clients multiple avenues for getting involved in our New Gen Programme:

    1. Open programme - Sponsor 1 to 5 people from your organisation to participate on our open programme with participants from other organisations. Our next open programme is running from April 2023. We also offer tailored company specific onboarding sessions prior to the programme to align with your company’s values, objectives & strategy.

    2. Tailored programme - We will set up our New Gen Leadership Programme within your organisation where you can have up to 20 participants on the programme. We work in partnership with you to tailor the programme to your organisation’s values, objectives & strategy.

    3. Sponsor a project. We will assemble a project team consisting of your internal talent and our New Gen Faculty (programme participants), overseen by our experienced faculty, to solve one of your pressing business problems. From recruiting, retaining, and engaging Gen Z to challenges and opportunities involving ESG and AI, this is a de- risked approach to experience the transformative impact of bringing young talent into the room.

  • Sponsor a project and witness the magic of collaboration unfold.

    Practice and action is a key component of our programme. We will assemble a project team consisting of your internal talent and our New Gen Faculty (programme participants), overseen by our experienced faculty, to solve one of your pressing business problems. From recruiting, retaining, and engaging Gen Z to challenges and opportunities involving ESG and AI, this is a de- risked approach to experience the transformative impact of bringing young talent into the room.

    Project teams will consist of around 3 - 10 people and can run from 3 days - 2 weeks based on participant availability. For more information on pricing and what project would be most impactful for your organisation please contact us and we will set up a call to design your project.

  • Time commitment

    The programme is specifically designed to fit alongside participants existing work commitments.

    Mandatory: 2.5hrs per week minimum commitment (1.5hr live online workshop and 1-2hrs personal/peer reflection & readings)

    Opportunity to invest an additional 3 days - 2 weeks based on participant availability for client projects. Participants will be paid for their work on client projects.
