Our offering
Workshops
We run workshops online and in-person that are designed and facilitated by our highly experienced and engaging faculty. Highly immersive and practical, these workshops are designed to get participants to step out of their comfort zone, think differently and leave with frameworks, ideas and tools they can start implementing immediately.
Coaching
We offer 1:1 coaching for young leaders with emerging talent to support them on their leadership journey. We create bespoke coaching programmes designed in partnership with you to meet your organisational (and individual) needs. Learn more about our highly experienced, senior coaches here.
Programme
The full transformation. Our 5-month New Gen Leadership Programme runs twice a year. We combine workshops, experiential peer learning, coaching, real-life client projects as well as an alumni community to help ambitious individuals in their 20s develop the ultimate personal-effectiveness and leadership skill set.
